Oh bed, our favourite place to be. Wrapped up in soft linens, our head hits the pillow after a long day, and we drift off to dreamland. Come morning, as the sun rises and the birds begin their song, there's no better feeling than waking up naturally in our cosy bed after a deliciously long sleep. Well rested and positively ready for the day ahead, whatever it may hold, we believe that a perfect night's sleep is the ultimate secret to conquering the day for every bold statement woman that we admire and look up to. To be surrounded by a curated choice of art and interiors, whether the chosen style is more minimal or maximal, modern or vintage, tonal or bold in colour; it is important to create a space that reflects personality and promotes comfort and happiness.

Hi beautiful Nadia, what's your current morning routine to set you up for the day?
Wake up and make a coffee with Tom. I then always try to go for a swim, beach walk or do a pilates class. It's so important for me to start they day right and do something calming like this before I get stuck into work.
Can you tell us your best kept secret for the perfect night's sleep?
I'll usually have a tea before bed and try to read (when I can) to help me unwind. A very important tip to make sure I have a good nights sleep is to write down a list of all the things I have to do the next day, once I have it all down on paper I can relax. I'll then apply my favourite skin products and hop into my lovely linen sheets.
