Hi beautiful Scarlett, what's your current morning routine to set you up for the day?
I wake up, try not to reach for my phone, then my boyfriend usually brings me a coffee in bed. Then I'll put on some music (at the moment I can't stop listening to Lana Del Rey's album 'Norman Fucking Rockwell'), eat breakfast, shower, start on my skincare ritual which involves serums, oils & sunscreen, reply to emails, and then I'm pretty much ready to start my day.
Can you tell us your best kept secret for the perfect night's sleep?
Getting into a freshly made bed, staying hydrated throughout the day and getting stuck into a book before bedtime all make for a great night's sleep.
